The Krays Tour – Terms and Conditions

By booking and participating in The Krays Tour, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making your booking.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or via email.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.

• Prices are listed as £80 per person, and this includes the full tour, beer and pizza tasting, and a bespoke booklet.

• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified on our booking platform.

2. Tour Details

• The tour lasts approximately 3 hours.

• The tour departs from a designated location in East London at 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

• The tour will visit multiple locations associated with the Kray twins, including The Blind Beggar, 178 Vallance Road, Repton Boxing Club, and others as outlined on the tour page.

• The tour includes a Beer and Pizza Tasting at a designated stop.

• A bespoke booklet containing historical information and photographs will be provided to each guest.

• The tour will be conducted by an experienced guide with extensive knowledge of the Kray brothers and their criminal history.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time will not be refunded.

• In the event of a cancellation by us (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• No refunds will be given for no-shows or if the tour is missed.

4. Health and Safety

• The Krays Tour is an outdoor experience and involves travel by mini bus. Guests are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

• By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in the tour.

• Alcohol will be provided during the Beer and Pizza Tasting session. Please drink responsibly.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive to the enjoyment of other guests.

5. Accessibility

• The tour is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of some locations and transportation.

• If you have any special needs or mobility restrictions, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.

6. Liability

• While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, we do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your belongings during the tour.

• We are not responsible for any events outside of our control (e.g., traffic delays, weather conditions, etc.) that may affect the timing or route of the tour.

7. Photography and Media

• You may take photographs and videos during the tour for personal use only. Commercial use of any media from the tour is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from us.

• By attending the tour, you grant us permission to use any photographs or videos that feature you in promotional material, including on our website and social media.

8. Modifications to the Tour

• We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, locations visited, or other aspects of the tour if necessary. In the event of such changes, we will notify guests as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or refunds if needed.

9. Code of Conduct

• We ask that all guests show respect for other participants and the locations visited during the tour.

• Any guest engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behavior will be asked to leave the tour without a refund.

10. Privacy

• We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
